This Encino home was originally built in 1957. Many years ago the owners hired me to remodel the entire house, both bathrooms, tile, paint, floors, everything. I worked with these wonderful people for more than seven years doing lots of jobs for them! My next big job on the house was building a second floor on top of the garage. We also did a full remodel on the kitchen and a small addition on the back of the house that provided space for the stairwell plus lots of vertical windows for excellent natural light.  The new upstairs addition included a new bathroom with shower, a double closet, high ceilings and a new upstairs air conditioning system. We did all of our own framing and I had great Subcontractors for Electrical, Plumbing Drywall, Stucco and Roofing. I did all of the tile work and we did all the painting. This new room addition changed the house dramatically and Increased the property value substantially. The owners were extremely pleased. It was a great project, fantastic owners!!
