Handyman Work
Building New Homes is a lot of fun! Everything is brand-new with no real restrictions
as compared to remodel work. Also when building your New Home, we can make changes very quickly! Let's say for example that everything looks great on the plans but then when you see the layout lines for the master bathroom, you decide you'd like to make it two feet wider because that would work better for you! No problem, glad to do it! Doing a walkthrough in a New House during construction gives you a real sense
of flow and the future path of travel and spaciousness. Plans only show dimensions.

Instead of buying a bigger house why not just add square footage to your existing house? Wayne's Construction can make your house bigger and better than ever! We put up temporary walls or close off doorways between your existing house and the new work being done to keep dust under control. Our tie-in work is excellent so floors
and walls all line up and plane in together so that new floors, walls and ceilings look
exactly right! Room additions have special challenges that building New Homes does not! Electrical wiring, Plumbing and Air Conditioning and Heating Ducting and Systems
must be moved, altered and often times redesigned! Yes we excel at this too!

The need to have lots of lighting, they must have great functional flow when moving from the fridge to the sink to the island to the stove and on it goes! Kitchens need great vent hoods over the stove, LED under cabinet lighting keeps counter tops bright and good planning makes for a very enjoyable experience! Also there must be plenty of storage for food and supplies! Cabinet design is very important and enough space must be provided
for pots and pans, cooking trays and everything else!
