Hi my name is Wayne Kooden.  I'm a Licensed General Contractor in

California. I started my first construction business as a Handyman in the San Fernando Valley in early 1990. In September of 1992 I received my California State Contractors License. I am Licensed, and fully insured.

I have both Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance. 

I've been building since I was very young. It's always been my passion.

I thoroughly enjoy building, designing and creating. I always do my very best to make sure all of my jobs run smoothly and efficiently. Our job sites are kept clean and we work hard to finish on time. One of my favorite things about building is seeing how happy customers are after we finish

a job, a build, a room addition, a second story, a remodel or a tile job.

We do it all!

I work and manage every job myself in order to make sure that every thing turns out right, just the way it should! I have very excellent Subcontractors that always do great work. I always keep a close eye on every detail of every job. No detail is too small. I do "Hands-On Construction" right along side of my Subcontractors, Trades People and Helpers. It's extremely important to me that all of my customers are fully satisfied and completely happy with our work. We always follow current "Best Practices" and we only use the highest quality new lumber and new materials.  We always clean up at the end of each work day!  My Subcontractors are fully insured, very experienced and we are always polite, friendly and respectful to each and everyone of our customers all

of the time.
